I’m Sam from Keilor Downs Quality Meats in Keilor Central. I worked here for a couple of years as manager before taking over in 2005 and I've been here for the last 15 years.

I love the one on one aspect with customers because it’s not just a business transaction, it sometimes forms into a friendship and I've had people that have been loyal to me for the whole time that I've owned the shop.

I feel blessed for all the customers that come into my shop that spend money and choose to shop in my shop rather than supermarkets or many of the other good butcher shops that are doing a fantastic job around the area. We do our best to make sure that everyone goes home with something fresh and they’re happy with it.

I want everyone to know that I'm very grateful for everything that they do for us.
